Volunteering & Donating

The Randolph Fall Classic, our annual tournament, is all hands on deck! It is by far our biggest team fundraiser of the year, and is one of the largest and most complex tournaments in the state year after year. We simply cannot do it without you! We ask for everyone to pitch in in two ways:

Donating. Donating food and your time are main ways we can run the tournament so smoothly. The tournament committee has established a SignUpGenius site to help work out the logistics. Please sign up below:

Our other biggest need is for judges. Many teams do not provide judges, and pay a fee to “hire” an RHS parent. We know our parents are some of the most well-trained and experienced in the state. We encourage veteran and returning parents to help us out in this way. Sign up below and select the home tournament:

The other major need for the tournament is staffing and donations. We staff the kitchen, sales areas, grab & go table, and judges room all day long in short shifts.
